Raven is a Canadian owned and operated telehealth clinic for women. We offer medical evaluation, medication options, expert guidance, and ongoing support, entirely online.
No. Raven can help with specific concerns, but it isn’t a full replacement for your family doctor. For full physicals, complex issues, or urgent care, you should still see a provider in person.
Yes. Telehealth is legal in Canada, and is changing healthcare for the better. Raven enables physicians to practice medicine and take care of patients remotely. Every doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medication and treat patients in your province and complies with all governing medical laws in Canada.
Message your provider. They can adjust your dose, suggest tips for side effects, or switch medications. Your plan should feel manageable and work with your life.
Yes. Raven is a prescription delivery platform. After your online assessment, if a Raven physician decides you’re eligible, a prescription will be filled by our licensed pharmacy and shipped discreetly to you. Our physicians uphold the highest Canadian medical and prescribing standards.
We are currently available in Ontario, BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and PEI.
Yes. We follow Canadian health privacy laws and use encrypted, healthcare-grade systems to protect your personal and medical information. Any medication is shipped discreetly and requires a signature upon delivery.
Yes. At Raven, we take your data security very seriously. Your medical records are encrypted and secure, meeting all Canadian PHIPA requirements, to protect your information at all times.

Pricing depends on your health needs. You’ll see exact pricing during your online assessment. Raven does not require insurance, but some plans may be covered depending on your provider.
While we don't offer direct billing, if you have coverage, everything you will need for reimbursement will be included in your prescription package.
Yes. Your provider can adjust your dose, switch medications, or update your plan as your needs change.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. However, if you feel we made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at support@getraven.com.

- You get ongoing support through doctor check-ins and reminders.
A licensed Canadian provider reviews your form within 24 hours. You’ll get updates by email and in your Raven portal with next steps or questions from your provider.
After your online questionnaire, a doctor will complete their initial review of your medical history within 24 hours.
If you’ve been waiting longer than this, please email support@getraven.com and we’ll take care of it.
All provider messages appear in your Raven portal. We also send email reminders, but the portal is the quickest place to check.
If you believe you have a medical emergency, please contact 911 immediately.
If you believe you are experiencing a side effect and it is not an emergency, please stop taking the medication and message your prescribing physician. They will be able to recommend an appropriate course of action. Alternatively, feel free to email support@getraven.com and we will notify the physician on your behalf.
In an emergency, please call 911 immediately.
Yes. You can pause or cancel upcoming orders. We suggest messaging your provider first since most concerns can be resolved with small adjustments.
